David Beckman and his wife both have great hair.  In the hair style photo above, David has much longer hair in the crown area than on the sides and back.

To create this style on your own, you can apply various styling gels or even pomade to the hair in the crown area to get it to stay up.  The sides are layered to lay smooth and flat.
